Licence
When you buy SwitchGrid you get a personal, non-transferable licence to play it on your devices, as allowed by the store you bought it from. On iPhone, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies; on Android, the Google Play Terms of Service apply. These terms add to those.
What you may not do
Don't copy, resell, redistribute or reverse-engineer the game, and don't use it for anything unlawful.
Refunds
Purchases and refunds are handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play under their refund policies.
No warranty
The game is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it bug-free, but we can't guarantee it will always run without errors on every device. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages from using the game. Nothing here limits your rights as a consumer under the law of your country.
Changes
We may update these terms when the game changes; the date above shows the latest version.
